  1. You have the right to request a refund within 14 days of purchasing the digital product, provided you have not yet downloaded or used the product.
  2. If your refund request is submitted within the stipulated 14-day period and the product has not yet been downloaded or used, we will refund the full purchase price.

In case of problems with the product or other questions or comments, always contact us first before requesting a refund. We will do our best to resolve any issues and make sure you are satisfied with your purchase.

Refunds

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
